Shipping Logistics:

We pride ourselves on efficient shipping services, offering daily shipments via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and Freight to the lower 48 states. For most orders received before 1 pm PST, same-day shipping is available (exceptions apply). Please note, some parts and freight orders may ship the following business day, especially if placed near the 1 pm cut-off time.

Freight Delivery Requirements:

We advise against refusing shipments or disregarding carrier requests regarding duty and tax charges. Refusing delivery may lead to additional fees and deductions from your refund.

Damages and Claims:

Upon receiving your items, please inspect the packaging for any damage. In case of damaged products, file a warranty claim for replacement parts. For damaged items upon arrival, send photos to help@bathroomscout.com to initiate an insurance claim.

Cancellations & Returns:

Please note that canceled orders are subject to an administration fee equal to 15% of the total order amount, regardless of shipment status. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase, with the buyer responsible for actual return shipping charges.
